Today, Linelia is my consulting and leadership practice. Since 2025, I’ve been building it with full focus. Working with organizations in transformation, digital strategy, and marketing leadership.
What drives the work is a strong interest in complex situations: helping leaders gain clarity, align teams, and turn strategic intent into progress that actually shows.
But Linelia originally started as an investment vehicle. Over time, it became clear that it could evolve into something more: a platform for my own work and a venture in its own right.

At VRdirect, I shaped the company’s strategic direction as Co-CEO while leading Marketing & Sales. My focus was on scalable growth in both Germany and the US, driving lead generation, streamlining operations, and securing enterprise clients. Despite challenging market conditions, we achieved strong revenue growth and ultimately merged parts of our business with a direct competitor.
This role strengthened my ability to balance visionary strategy with hands-on operational leadership, especially in dynamic, fast-paced, and economically challenging environments.

DIRECTOR B2C & BUSINESS LEAD
During my years at EnBW, I transitioned from digital marketing leadership to executive roles with full P&L responsibility for the B2C business. I led over 140 team members across marketing, product, CRM, marketing and sales – steering the B2C sales business very successfully and consistently exceeding business goals.
As a member of the Global Management Board, I also contributed to high-level strategic initiatives, helping shape the company’s long-term direction and driving customer-centric transformation at scale.
This time marked my transition into general management, deepening my understanding of corporate governance, strategic leadership, and how to lead large cross-functional teams through change.

At L’Oréal, I started as a Performance Marketing Manager, helping to launch the company’s first direct-to-consumer eShops – an important step in shifting toward a more digital-first business model. I focused on SEO, SEA, CRM, and customer journey tracking, laying the groundwork for data-driven decision-making in eCommerce.
As Programmatic Lead for the DACH region, I spearheaded the move to precision advertising by building an in-house trading desk and optimizing media spend through audience-based strategies, later at L’Oréal. These years were instrumental in sharpening my skills in both digital transformation and strategic media management within a large, fast-moving corporate environment.

My journey in Hamburg and at dentsu began at iProspect, where I dove deep into paid search and performance marketing for major clients like adidas, Reebok, and Philips. I quickly advanced in a more strategic role that bridged branding and performance, while also becoming a go-to expert for YouTube and social advertising across the network.
Later, at amnet, I helped build one of Germany’s first structured programmatic trading desks, pioneering data-driven media buying for international clients. These years at dentsu laid the groundwork for my focus on innovation and digital marketing.
