Linelia is a consulting practice working with organizations in moments of transformation and change.
Often that means staying calm in stressful situations, balancing complexity, and working from wherever I am – even in t-shirt and sunglasses – but always with a clear head and a focus on getting things done.
Linelia grew out of years of hands-on work in digital, marketing, and leadership roles, often in situations where direction was unclear, priorities competed, or execution stalled.
Rather than focusing on frameworks or slide decks, Linelia concentrates on clear direction, structured execution, and real progress. Depending on the situation, this can mean advisory consulting, strategic sparring, or stepping in hands-on.

Linelia wasn’t founded around a single big idea.
It emerged over time, through repeated experiences in organizations facing change, where strategy existed, but alignment, ownership, or momentum were missing.
Linelia grew out of the desire to work more closely with leadership teams, focus on what actually moves the needle, and stay involved beyond recommendations. The result is a way of working that connects strategy with execution and adapts to the reality of each organization.

Linelia is led by Carsten Lackner and intentionally structured as a focused, senior consultancy.
This allows for direct collaboration, short communication paths, and a high level of personal responsibility throughout each engagement. There is no handover to junior teams and no artificial separation between strategy and execution.
For clients, this means working directly with the person responsible for direction, decisions, and delivery. From first conversation to execution.
