Die Budgets werden wieder ge\u00f6ffnet, die Priorit\u00e4ten werden sch\u00e4rfer und pl\u00f6tzlich wird das \u201csp\u00e4ter\u201d vom letzten Jahr zum \u201cjetzt\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich kenne diese Dynamik aus beiden Blickwinkeln gut. In meiner SaaS-Zeit bei VRdirect ging es im vierten Quartal oft darum, Gesch\u00e4fte zu machen. Bei EnBW und L'Or\u00e9al war es auch die Phase, in der die verbleibenden Budgets bewusst in neue Initiativen oder Innovationen investiert wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als Gr\u00fcnder\/in verschiebt sich diese Perspektive wieder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heute konzentriere ich mich auf die Positionierung zu Beginn des Jahres. Triff dich mit Leuten und f\u00fchre Gespr\u00e4che, w\u00e4hrend sich die M\u00f6glichkeiten gerade erst er\u00f6ffnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-timing-creates-clarity\"><p class=\"p1\" style=\"caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0); letter-spacing: normal; white-space: normal;\"><span class=\"s1\"><\/span><\/p>Timing schafft Klarheit<p style=\"caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0); letter-spacing: normal; white-space: normal;\"><\/p><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zu Beginn des Jahres fangen viele Unternehmen an, nach vorne zu schauen und bereits geplante Budgets zu operationalisieren. Nicht immer mit konkreten Auftr\u00e4gen, sondern mit Fragen wie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Welche Themen verdienen fr\u00fchzeitige Aufmerksamkeit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dicht gefolgt von eher praktischen \u00dcberlegungen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Haben wir die richtigen Ressourcen zur Verf\u00fcgung?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ist jetzt der richtige Zeitpunkt, um mit Projekt XYZ zu beginnen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was w\u00fcrde uns helfen, schneller oder selbstbewusster zu handeln?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Gespr\u00e4che finden meist dann statt, wenn es noch Raum zum Nachdenken, Gestalten und W\u00e4hlen gibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-51d2a93fb9a7fa1a76590592b6f16168 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#128277\">Ein fr\u00fcher Dialog hat nichts mit Beschleunigung zu tun.<br>Es geht darum, sich auszurichten.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-changes-when-you-run-your-own-business\">Was sich \u00e4ndert, wenn du dein eigenes Unternehmen f\u00fchrst<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Unternehmensumfeld f\u00e4ngt die Struktur eine Menge Unsicherheit auf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00dcberg\u00e4nge folgen Prozessen. Planungszyklen geben Orientierung. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es sieht so aus, als ob das Gr\u00fcnderleben anders funktioniert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du musst dir aktiv Optionen schaffen, indem du dir diese bewusst machst, Beziehungen pflegst und den richtigen Zeitpunkt abpasst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und du lernst, dass es beim Vorausschauen weniger darum geht, Ergebnisse vorherzusagen, sondern vielmehr darum, darauf vorbereitet zu sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit der Zeit sollte dies eine Quelle der Stabilit\u00e4t und nicht des Stresses werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conversations-come-before-projects\">Gespr\u00e4che kommen vor Projekten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine Sache, die w\u00e4hrend meiner gesamten Karriere konstant geblieben ist, ist dies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sinnvolle Projekte beginnen mit Vertrauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deshalb konzentriere ich mich im Moment darauf, in Kontakt zu bleiben, Perspektiven auszutauschen und genau zuzuh\u00f6ren, was andere planen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manchmal wird aus diesen Gespr\u00e4chen Monate sp\u00e4ter etwas Konkretes.<br>Manchmal tun sie das nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beide Ergebnisse sind wertvoll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Denn jeder Austausch schafft einen gemeinsamen Kontext - und Kontext ist das, was eine gute Zusammenarbeit m\u00f6glich macht, wenn das Timing stimmt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left is-style-text-annotation has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-957db1443719912763be1ecd9e466b59 is-style-text-annotation--1 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#128277;margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--80);margin-left:0\"><strong>Mikro-Praxis:<\/strong><br>Einmal im Monat nehme ich mir 20 Minuten Zeit f\u00fcr einen R\u00fcckblick:<br>- Mit wem habe ich k\u00fcrzlich gesprochen?<br>- Welche Themen kamen immer wieder zur Sprache?<br>- Wo k\u00f6nnte das Timing sp\u00e4ter im Jahr relevant werden?<br><br>Keine Aktionen angeh\u00e4ngt.<br>Nur Bewusstsein.<br><br>Das ist ein einfacher Weg, um die Orientierung zu behalten, ohne alles in eine Aufgabenliste zu verwandeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-looking-ahead-with-intention\">Mit Absicht nach vorne schauen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Herangehensweise erm\u00f6glicht es mir, bei meiner aktuellen Arbeit ganz pr\u00e4sent zu bleiben und gleichzeitig in aller Ruhe das zu gestalten, was als n\u00e4chstes kommt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fr\u00fche Gespr\u00e4che schaffen Wahlm\u00f6glichkeiten.<br>Wahlfreiheit schafft Ruhe.<br>Und Ruhe schafft bessere Arbeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also ja, ich beginne diese Gespr\u00e4che jetzt ganz bewusst offen, nachdenklich und mit einem positiven Ausblick auf das, was das Jahr bringen kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn du bereits \u00fcber eine Unterst\u00fctzung in diesem Jahr nachdenkst, freue ich mich immer \u00fcber einen Gedankenaustausch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn du neugierig bist, wie ich Organisationen und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte bei ihrer eigenen Transformationsreise unterst\u00fctze, kannst du hier mehr \u00fcber meine Arbeit erfahren: <a href=\"https:\/\/linelia.io\/de\/linelia-services\/\">Linelias Dienstleistungen<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und nat\u00fcrlich kannst du dich auch gerne \u00fcber meine <a href=\"https:\/\/linelia.io\/de\/contact\/\">Kontaktseite<\/a>\u00a0oder kontaktiere mich direkt auf\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/carstenlackner\/\">LinkedIn<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The new year always brings a certain positive energy.
